I love Sundays! It means a new True Blood on HBO (last week they didn’t air a new one because of the 4th of July)! I love True Blood, in the geekiest way possible. I swear I’d die to be Sookie in that show. *GEEK*

Other than that I just wanted to give you guys something to look at for my post in NaBloPoMo. The general theme for the month is “life” and I decided to draw up my dream house. This is on some private beach (sandy area down a set of secret stairs) in California, with a glass encased back porch for staring, drawing, reading, whatever! It ended up somewhat distorted, but for a quick evening sketch I had a lot of fun coloring stuff in. Here’s a “detail” shot of the flowers (click for larger image):

Lots of spirally fun. Any clue what type of flowers I was trying to draw? The purple ones that grow tall and in big bushes like that? (I don’t know what they’re called, I was hoping you did.)
