Something very new for you here today! A podcast!

A pilot episode to test the waters a bit. Welcome to a new fitness podcast about my personal connection between physical health and a happy life.

This is an active plan to tackle depression, procrastination, and the tendency to stay stuck. Please take a listen and send in your feedback. I’d like to hear what you have to say and any improvements I might make.

    I hope you are planning to do more podcasts.  You take a kindly approach to fitness and running which is more motivating and less intimidating than many of the fitness podcasts which seem to be the projects of uber fit, seriously advanced runbots (I made that up; it’s like a heartless running machine).  I tire of listening to them lament about their inability to run a sub 2 hour marathon!   Come on . . .really?  My fitness goals are simple: don’t stop, don’t quit, don’t die.  Your podcast really resonates with my style of running.  Thank you. Please, do more!

      Thank you! I have been a bit busy lately, but I’d love to plan more episodes. I do agree that some people are sooo intimidating. My goals are the same, whenever I get home I say, “Hey! I didn’t die! Wooo!” And do a little cheer to know that my body held out for me, even when it felt like it might not hehe.
